Reflection on corruption of judicial system and offer solutions for its health promotion

Abstract
Judicial system is a society responsible for consistency and durability of mental and physical, personal and social health of its citizens and judges bear decisions about citizens’ life, freedom, law, duties and properties. One of the items mentioned in United Nations charter is creating conditions which in it justice, respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms are provided without any discrimination. With this purpose, countries’ judicial system should have full health and in order that anti-corruption laws find ruing opportunity, it is natural that, at first judicial system should safe of corruption.
Writers in this research are paid to investigate causes and grounds of judicial corruption to achieve best procedures in the domestic courts and countries’ judicial system and they introduce available tools to qualitative increase of supervision and establishment of judicial security. After investigation of available national and inteational standards, this article is paid to offer solutions to promote health of the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with this assumption that the results of such approach will be increasing welfare and public confidence toward Islamic state.
